Greetings, Families of the Class of 2024 / New Students to Crystal Lake Central!
Welcome to the start of your journey at Crystal Lake Central High School, home of the Tigers! We are excited to meet you and get you ready for a great experience here. Please read below for important information regarding the beginning of the school year.
Return to Learn Plan and Instruction Choice:
Parents and guardians have the option to select Hybrid Instruction or Full-Time Remote Learning for the 2020 Fall Semester. Prior to making your selection, we encourage you to review D155's Return to Learn Plan (click here) for more information regarding both instruction models and the safety precautions the district has in place. A Return to School selection form will be available through Skyward Family Access for each student. Please log into your Skyward account and complete the form. The deadline to make your selection is 11:59 p.m. on Wednesday, July 29. For more information on how to make your selection for the 2020-21 Fall Semester, please review the D155 Return to Learn Plan.
Parents and guardians are required to verify and update email addresses, phone numbers, emergency contacts, and health information through Skyward Family Access Enrollment & Registration -. Information should be inputted, updated and completed by each family by August 2, 2020. If you need assistance with this process, contact the Vice Principal’s office at 815-459-2505 ext.2267.
Parents and guardians can pay registration fees online through August 2, 2020 through Skyward Family Access. If you do not have computer access, you may pay online at school, or pay by check or cash. You can drop off payments at the principal’s office. ALL PAYMENTS ARE DUE BY AUGUST 2, 2020. If you need assistance with this process, contact the Student Service’s office at 815-459-2505 ext.2249.
Summer Office Hours: Monday – Thursday: 7:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m. Friday: - 7:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.
Another step in your journey is to sign up for a time to come to one of the CLC Distribution Days, where you will get your schedule, Chromebook, and other supplies. To expedite this process, please make sure you have completed the steps above AND that you bring a copy of your student's completed physical to your scheduled day/time. Please note the following two expectations:
1. Only one parent/guardian will be allowed in the building per new student
2. Masks must be worn for entry and at all times while in the building
Please use THIS SIGN-UP FORM to choose your day/time; your options are:
Tuesday, August 4 from 11:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. and 3:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m.
Wednesday, August 5 from 11:00 am - 2:00 p.m. and 3:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m.
Thursday, August 6 from from 11:00 am - 2:00 p.m. and 3:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m.

Sign up for a Distribution day time slot using THIS SIGN-UP FORM
We will have a Make-up Distribution Day for those who are not able to attend any of the above mentioned days. That Make-up Distribution Day will be Thursday, August 13 from 10:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.
